Provide affordable home ownership opportunities to households and help maintain the home ownership for at least 30 years after recording. Address the unique barriers to housing and health, intent to serve socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, youth and young adults (ages 18-24), Veterans, people who have been justice-involved, and members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer or questioning (LGBTQ+) community.
